— am I eligible to apply for an Own Art loan?
To apply for an Own Art loan you must satisfy ALL of the following:
- You must be 18 years of age or above.
- You, or your partner, must be in permanent paid employment (over 16 hours a week), retired (receiving a pension) or self-employed.
- You must have been resident in the UK for at least 12 months and will continue your residency in the UK.
- You must have a bank or building society account that can operate direct debit payments.
- The purchase must be for personal and not business use.
If you are taking or collecting the goods personally then proof of signature and residence must be provided. In the case of mail order we will only deliver to the address you give us on the loan application form.
